Nate Tepp is a Financial Advisor by title and a coach by nature. Clients come to him with a variety of financial goals plus the desire to minimize risk and anxiety. Nate’s experience and background enables him to help coach clients through a complex financial arena, understand the pros and cons of potential strategies, and create a winning game plan for the future.
 

At the start of 2020 Nate joined EQ Wealth Management. He was drawn to the shared mission and chemistry with the founding partners, Stephen P. Emanuels and J. Michael Quigley. Nate provides wealth management solutions that adhere to the standards of fiduciary duty. Clients have access to a variety of investment strategies both domestic and international. Nate’s goal is to help clients make informed decisions.

When I Am Not at Work


Outside of his work with EQ Wealth Management, Nate is active within the Seattle community serving as a board member with the Rotary Club of the University District and Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee. He has also been a Tournament Director for Premier Basketball for over 10 years, producing some of the largest AAU basketball tournaments on the west coast.  Lastly, he serves as a Project Manager to legendary WNBA player and bestselling author, Swin Cash. Nate has produced her annual Cash for Kids charity event, held in different cities every year to benefit at-risk youth. Nate resides in Seattle with his wife, son and their two dogs. 

Previous Roles or Ventures


Prior to entering the financial services, Nate coached a men’s college basketball team to back-to-back conference championships and a top 8 national ranking; he also worked with the Seattle Storm on the road to a WNBA title in 2010. Nate transitioned from coaching to financial services in 2008. In 2015, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors and built a successful practice from scratch.
